2. Our Services

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No specific exam results or passing scores are guaranteed.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You receive a limited, personal-use-only, non-transferable license to access materials. You may not:

We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Prices may change at any time.

Full payment is required before access is granted unless a payment plan is provided. Missed payments may result in suspended access.

Unauthorized chargebacks violate these Terms and may result in permanent revoked access and legal or collection fees.

7. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

Refunds -- when considered -- may require:

If a refund is granted, all course and community access is permanently revoked.

• Make false statements about the Company

Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

10. Community Guidelines

Participation in License Fix School community spaces (WhatsApp group, course chat, private student groups, and all communication channels) is a privilege. By participating, you agree to follow the guidelines below.

10.1 Respect All Members

The following behavior is prohibited:

• Harassment, insults, or disrespectful comments
• Arguments, negativity, or provoking others
• Bullying or intimidation
• Hostile or aggressive behavior
• Personal attacks toward anyone

10.2 No Promotions or Advertising

You may NOT:

• Promote your business
• Advertise courses, coaching, or services
• Recruit members into other groups
• Share unrelated links
• Spam the chat with non-exam topics

10.3 Keep Discussions Relevant

Conversation must relate to:

• Exam preparation
• Study questions
• Book navigation
• Test-taking strategies
• Encouragement and progress

10.4 No Sharing Course Content

Strictly prohibited:

• Screenshots of lessons or quizzes
• Sharing files, videos, or documents
• Posting course materials online
• Sending resources to non-students

Violations may result in immediate removal and legal action.

10.5 No Disruptive Behavior

Examples include:

• Arguing or challenging the instructor
• Creating drama or tension
• Being rude when corrected
• Negativity that disrupts the group
• Making others feel uncomfortable

10.6 Privacy Protection

You may NOT:

• Share personal information about others
• Screenshot conversations
• Share private messages
• Add people to the group without permission
• Contact members in a harassing way

10.7 Our Right to Remove Members

This may be done:

• With or without warning
• With or without explanation
• Without debate or discussion

Removal may occur for:

• Offending another member
• Creating a hostile environment
• Violating guidelines
• Harassment
• Disruptive behavior
• Arguing, negativity, or causing tension
• Any conduct harming the community experience

Removal does not entitle the user to a refund.

10.8 Reporting Issues

If you need to report concerns, contact:

11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida under AAA rules.

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.

We may seek injunctive relief for IP or confidentiality violations.

You agree to indemnify and hold License Fix School LLC harmless from claims, damages, costs, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

No refunds will be provided for terminations due to misconduct or rule violations.
